Solar Lights Garden System

Solar Group Offer lighting systems that light roadways, parking lots, recreation areas, bus stops, signs and more. While solar lighting is a great way to make our planet a little bit greener, our goal is doing what we can to make the world a better place.

Hybrid solar lighting is an active solar method of providing interior illumination. HSL systems collect sunlight using focusing mirrors that track the Sun and use optical fibers to transmit it inside the building to supplement conventional lighting. In single-story applications these systems are able to transmit 50% of the direct sunlight received.

A solar lamp is a portable device composed of an incandescent lamp or LED, a solar panel and a small rechargeable battery.

It can be used as outdoor (lawn and garden), indoor (i.e. a desk lamp used to read or study, with a brightness equivalent to 40 watts) or as both type of lamps.

Solar lights that charge during the day and light up at dusk are a common sight along walkways.

These lights come in a variety of different sizes, colors, and types depending on the look that you are trying to create. Here is a list of some of the more affordable and popular lighting styles that you can choose for your own home.

1. Spotlights
These lights will allow you to highlight certain areas of your garden or yard. These are most generally used to add a visual effect on the particular areas that you are wishing to draw attention to. Most generally these are powered by electricity because they require such high power levels.

2. Area Lights
These include such lights as lanterns and lamp posts among others. These will offer your garden a soft light but is powerful enough to light up a fairly large area of your garden or yard. These lights can either be gas powered, electric powered, and in some cases they even come as solar lights. However you need to be aware that the solar lights will not generally produce enough light to highlight large areas so you need to choose carefully when you are choosing your own area lighting for your garden or yard.

3. Deck Lighting
Once again these include such lights as spotlights, lanterns, and wall sconces. These are most generally intended for use as light for your outdoor entertaining areas. It will usually provide you soft light for both visibility and convenience. You need to avoid the deck lighting that is gas or oil powered however due to their highly flammable nature.

4. Rope Lights
These are great to outline paths, decks, and any other borders that you may have in your garden or yard. These are mainly used for decoration purposes as it does not allow for a lot of light. It is used most often to outline your deck or pathways.

5. Decorative Light
These are your ornamental lights. They most often come in a variety of different shapes, sizes, and colors including flowers, mushrooms, and statues among others. These are most generally solar powered and offer a whimsical touch to your garden or yard.

These are just some of the many different types of landscaping lights that are available. They make a great addition to any yard or garden. No matter the lighting that you are looking for you will find it with these affordable but popular options.
